Vancouver, B.C. – iMining Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Inc. (the “Company” or “iMining”) announces that it will be making application with the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) to extend the expiry date of certain outstanding warrants due to expire on October 4, 2018.
The Company currently has 4,144,977 warrants outstanding, of which 382,700 warrants exercisable at $0.20 per share will be expiring on October 4, 2018. The Company will be requesting Exchange acceptance to extend the expiry date of the 382,700 warrants for an additional year to October 4, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the warrants will remain unchanged.
