Bradley James McGill to its Board of Directors, effective January 8th, 2024. Mr. McGill joins the board
as a replacement for the late Mr. Anthony Ditizio, a respected and valued member who sadly passed away
in early 2023. iMining extends its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Ditizio and
expresses gratitude for his invaluable contributions during his tenure on the board.
Mr. McGill brings a wealth of experience and expertise to iMining, making him an ideal addition to the
board as the company strategically expands its focus to include the burgeoning field of artificial intelligence
(AI). As an accomplished entrepreneur with a keen interest in technology, Mr. McGill has a proven track
record of success in the industry. His extensive network within the AI ecosystem positions him as a key
player to help guide iMining in its endeavors within the AI sector.
